• Most electrolytes supplements replenish the body with potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, bicarbonate, phosphate and chloride.
•  It's preferred to incorporate an electrolyte drinks before, during, and post your bike, run and swim training.  Remember you sweat while swimming and it's best to replenish with electrolytes during training sessions.

• Casein protein slowly releases amino acid during the digesting period to assist with muscle growth and enhancement of athletic performance.
• Whey protein releases amino acid at a faster rate and helps with muscles' growth and strengthen development for performance during  training and race day.
